Monro Financial Management Ltd is a City of London based financial services specialist offering advice and support to both Individuals and Businesses with a focus on excellent customer service.
We work under the Monro Wealth and Monro Employee Benefits brands. Our main aspiration is to ensure that all of our clients can meet their own financial goals and be protected against the unforeseen.

We offer a comprehensive Financial Planning and Wealth Management service for Individuals and families. Our goal is to help our clients make the most of their assets or income with a view to ensuring a secure financial future.
Our service includes advice on Pensions and other tax efficient shelters for your savings, insurance protection for you and your family and structures to plan for future events. Whether you’re saving for the future or looking to make the most of your existing investments we will work with you to plan an appropriate strategy
We will advise how to hold your investments to maximize tax efficiency and how best to ensure that you will have access to the right amount of capital or income when required.
Employee Benefits
We work with businesses of all shapes and sizes providing advice around benefits for staff and directors; including pension schemes, medical and other insurances such as life cover, health and well being and voluntary benefits; potentially all linked through a flexible package.
Businesses may also need help with other insurances, cash management and protection for key people. Shareholder protection may also be needed for owner-managed businesses.
Business Planning
We are able to offer specialist advice to large and small businesses around many areas of future planning and protection.
Through the experience of our team and a range of trusted partners, this advice will cover most areas from the initial set up and structuring of a new enterprise through raising finance or investment for growth to the eventual exit.
